Contra Costa County California Selects Clarity TRAINING from SOE Software

Tampa, Fla. – SOE Software is pleased to announce the selection of its Clarity Training application by Contra Costa County, California. County Clerk Stephen Weir selected Clarity Training, the industry leading online poll worker training platform, to complement their traditional classroom based poll worker training.
