Butte County, California selects Clarity Training from SOE Software

Tampa, Fla., September 15, 2006 – SOE Software is pleased to announce the selection of its Clarity Training application by Butte County California. Butte County Clerk-Recorder / Registrar of Voters, Candace Grubbs, will use the Clarity Training program for online learning and for proctoring traditional classroom based poll worker training.
